Moe’s iRepair Waxahachie provides in-store smartphone diagnostics and device-related services, including evaluation and service recommendations based on physical inspection of devices.

• All diagnostics and services are performed in person at our physical location.

3. Service Approval

No fix or service work is performed without the customer’s explicit approval after diagnosis and price estimate.

• Customers are free to accept or decline any recommended service.

4. Pricing

We give you an estimate of the price before we do any work. The final price depends on what device you have, its condition and what parts or labor are needed.

5. Appointments & Walk-ins

You can just walk in during our business hours.. If you want to make an appointment it might not always be available depending on how busy we are.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible if your device had problems before you brought it to us or if you lose data or issues that have nothing to do with the service we provided.

• You need to back up your data before we work on your device.
